FYI, anyway, well, it is decided that we will be either going to IMM or th NTUC near JURONG EAST MRT STATION. these two places are chosen as they are quite close to th mrt station, so you all will be able to travel home or reach th destination faster. we wont force you to come or whatsoever. just hope that you all will have a bit of initiative.

WE ARE STILL CONSIDERING WHICH PLACE TO GO TO. HOWEVER, WE WILL MOST PROBABLY BE GOING TO TH NTUC.

th time is nt decided yet so...to be updated.

for th planning, we have alrdy done most of it, so idk whyy we need to plan again, but definitely we got to improve on it. :DD

hello hello.

FYI, we will be doing th shopping on 5th of DECEMBER 2008.
INTERESTED PPL ARE WELCOMED TO HELP OUT.
which means to do th shopping with us and maybe, bring th food back. :D
th venue and time are nt settled yet, soo.. will be updated. we have alrdy confirmed what we really need to buy and settled our budgets for each of th items. some changes were made, like for example, th no. of tongs needed.

since we only have one pitiful bbq pit for 40ppl, we will need you all to provide as much cooked food as possible. tidbits and bbq food would not last for long.

for those who are unfree on 5th of DEC, therefore, not able to help us do th shopping, will be given another alternative of providing cooked food and cleaning up th chalet after everything. however, dont worry, everyone will get their fair share of cleaning up.

for once, pls have some initiative. soo.. will be updated.

yea, you can use th idea that whoever suggested in th previous post.

got to make this clear, we will be settling th equipments and bbq food and etc.. plus entertainment. so you all can choose to follow th way that whoever suggested in th previous post or just lets us settle everything and help us by taking th things home on that purchasing day den bring it to th chalet.

we give you a choice now. and stop complaining abt us nt doing anything. -.-

FYI, we are a grp of ppl interested in helping to settle th chalet stuff. so stop ure unnecessary nonsense, actions speak louder than words. so we can be said as th organizers and dont grumble abt whad we gonna plan for you.. coz who are th ppl who said that they will not give a ***T abt it before?

So hear me out.

My suggestion: (suggestion! ITS NOT SETTLED!)
Open your eyes BIG ENOUGH TO SEE !
Group 1 :Register 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 21 , 22, 23, 24, 25.
Group 2 : Register 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30.
Group 3: Register 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35.
Group 4: Register 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40.

As you can see, the girls and guys are mixed,
Because the girls and guys need to be more bonded,
And some things the girls cannot do, (carrying heavy stuff), the guys can do.
Group 1 : Bring disposable stuffs ( plates, cups, forks, spoons)
Group 2 : Get the BBQ stuffs ( order and get )
Group 3 : Bring along food ( Chips, sodas , anything also can)
Group 4 : Eerm, planners? You guys think what to do for the whole day. So that we will not get sianed. Like maybe think of some class games, cycling or whatever.

below are th things we confirm need that we have decided on. just updating them so that you all wont complain or whad.
and yanting, nt that i don wanna send relay msg, but how many times hav we succeeded in passing down th relay msg and everyone gets it, nt more than 5 times.., try proving that you all are capable to pass down th relay msg first before asking for any.

guys wayne here, for the class chalet i found out lots of ppl who didn contribute even a less bit...like me maybe..if u want i can list acording to ur index numbers..
ok feeling guilty i felt tat i shud help....
its easy...i felt tat jane's idea works the best...when u guys split up...to do diff stuff.
maybe here are the groupings that we shud work on the most...maybe
1)BBQ food and equipments...
2)Normal equipments- disposable plates spoons etc etc...
3)drinks and snacks - tibits(not lays wif mouse inside)...drinks(not wif the melamine i hope..jkjk)
tats about almost all...split up those ppl who wanna come....and...YEA...have fun:)
if some of u guys thought tat there shud be more groupings....yea...u can post them up...
