thanks those for contributing their ideas.

charmaine suggests that those who are interested in th planning of th chalet to meet at her hse someday at some time. so interested parties can just approach her directly and if there is a handful of ppl, i think she will be able to arrange th time and date of th discussion when she is free.

jane oso suggests that we can group you all , then assign each group to be in charge of an item that is needed to bring. yea, more or less like this.

and we have a kind soul giving us info on a catering service. wah, indeed is a kindsoul. thanks anyway. so about th catering service thingy, please consider also.

chisze also volunteered that she will be able to buy/bring ice and th disposable items like plates, spoons, forks..etc. and she may spare some of th barbeque equipments. sooo.. THANK HER. and PLEASE DONT MISTREAT TH EQUIPMENTS like how jane's equipments were treated during th mid-autumn festival. =.=
be glad that she is doing this, none of you responded at all to volunteer to bring anything. however, thankyous for th suggestions though.

there doesnt seem to be any progress on th brainstorming part from you all. so, i'am waiting for more ideas:\
both me and sherye thought up of some suggestions, we plan to do a things-we-need list, so that you all can volunteer to buy th listed items on it.

th things we had finalised that we need to bring:

NUMBER 1: DISPOSABLES- forks, spoons, plates, cups, bowls.

NUMBER 2: CHARCOAL for barbeque.

NUMBER 3: LOADS OF TISSUE PAPER OR TOILET PAPER.

NUMBER 4: BARBEQUE EQUIPMENTS- skewers, tongs, aluminium trays, fire starters

NUMBER 5: WATER! - after our observations, water does not seem to be provided. so PLEASE bring minimum 1litre of water each.

NUMBER 6: ICE!- only if you want to drink cold drinks.

NUMBER 7: SNACKS/ TIDBITS and BEVERAGES

NUMBER 8: BARBEQUE FOOD - we can cater them.

THAT'S ALL. we think that it is pretty wasteful for us to buy disposables coz it really harm th environment, it will be good if you all can bring ure own utensils. okay, THIS IS ONLY A SUGGESTION. and pls do check out th link above for food catering service, it provides th utensils we need and charcoal, barbeque equipments too.andand a variety of food too. however, our budget is quite tight.

sooooo...PLEASE give more suggestions.

now, for th chalet, which is on DECEMBER 9, we need you guys and gals to volunteer to bring food, beverages &&for th barbeque, equipments..blahblah.

hey guys and gals. wish your had fun today during the water soccer. i'm not very sure about the results, but no matter what the results are, we will still be the winner, cuz what we won is the confidence and effort we put in. a word "JIAYOUS" is not enough, but only with your own confidence and willingness to put in effort, that competition can only be "completed". so thanks one9 for being part of this competition too, and thanks to all those people who cheered for their classmates.
